Shuttle Bus Schedule

Directions to Hotel

AIRPORT-Ground Transportation

The 2008 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association Convention will once again offer complimentary airport-hotel shuttle bus transportation to and from the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort for those attendees registered for the convention.

The shuttle bus will run from the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport to the hotel on the following schedule (see shuttle bus schedule for departure times):

• Sunday, December 14th, 2008 - from 2:30 p.m. to 11:15 p.m.
• Monday, December 15th, 2008 - from 10:30 a.m. to 11:15 p.m.

The shuttle bus will also run from the hotel to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport on the following schedule (see shuttle bus schedule for departure times):

• Thursday, December 18th, 2008 - from 12:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.
• Friday, December 19th, 2008 - from 4:00 a.m. to noon

Those wishing to ride the shuttle must first register for the service within your convention registration. There will be a check box available on the registration form for this service.

Rental Cars and Taxi Service

Three taxi companies have contracted with Sky Harbor Airport to provide service for the following rates. These rates apply regardless of how many people are in your party and how much luggage you are carrying. You may choose any taxi you wish from the waiting line. The three companies are: AAA Cab (602) 437-4000, Allstate (602) 275-8888 and Discount (602) 266-1110.

Taxicab Rates

• First Mile: $5.00
• Each Additional Mile: $2.00
• Traffic Delay: $20.00 per hour
• Minimum Fare: $15.00
• Airport Surcharge: $1.00 per trip

The following car rental companies operate at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport and are located in the Rental Car Center. Contact individual rental car companies for specific information.
