This year's registration process will be the same as last year for USTFCCCA members. The link to the right will take you to the registration page, where USTFCCCA members will login with your USTFCCCA login and password.

Non-USTFCCCA Members

We welcome non-members to attend the 2009 USTFCCCA Convention. Please click the link to the right to be taken to the 2009 Convention Registration page. On that page, you will need to click the link that reads "Sign Up for Online Access" to obtain a login and password to use for convention registration.

Are you a High School Coach?

If you are a high school coach in one of the following member states: Colorado, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Mexico, Ohio, and Wisconsin - please contact USTFCCCA Membership Services Manager Mandi Magill to obtain your USTFCCCA login and password to use for convention registration. She can be reached at mandi@ustfccca.org.

Are you a FLORIDA High School Coach?

High School coaches from the host state of Florida will receive the members only convention rate for the 2009 Convention. To begin the registration process - please contact USTFCCCA Membership Services Manager Mandi Magill to obtain your USTFCCCA login and password to use for convention registration. She can be reached at mandi@ustfccca.org.

2009 Convention Fee Structure

Fees for this year's convention are as follows:

Advance Registration - Prior to November 27th, 2009

$160.00 - Convention Registration

$60.00 - Golf Tournament Registration

$125.00 - Spouse Registration

Non-Members

$220.00 - Convention Registration

$125.00 - Golf Tournament Registration

$125.00 - Spouse Registration

Late/Onsite Registration - After November 27th, 2009

USTFCCCA Members

$190.00 - Convention Registration

$60.00 - Golf Tournament Registration

$125.00 - Spouse Registration

Non-Members

$250.00 - Convention Registration

$125.00 - Golf Tournament Registration - (if available)

USTFCCCA Refund Policy

The USTFCCCA will provide a 100% refund of convention registration fees for any registrant who cancels his/her registration on or before November 27, 2009. A 50% refund of convention registration fees will be provided for any registrant who cancels his/her registration on or before December 4, 2009. No refunds can be provided to convention registrants who cancel their registration after December 4, 2009.

Register In Advance

Convention attendees are urged to register for the meeting in advance. Advance registration not only assists the USTFCCCA in planning for the convention but also equals savings for registrants.
